1. I lost my serial number. Where can I find
it?
To retrieve lost registration codes for
any of the KemoSoft software titles, do the following:
a- Login to
My Account if you do not already have a My Account password you can
Sign up quickly
to gain access
b- From the left hand navigation
menu select Manage License Keys.

2. Is the encryption secure enough?
Kemo Data Security Suite
supports AES encryption in 3 different strengths:128-bit
AES, 192-bit AES and 256-bit AES, the latter being the level of encryption used by US governmental
organizations to protect its sensitive data. These numbers refer to the size of
the encryption keys that are used to encrypt the data. By default the encryption
strength is 256-bit AES to ensure maximum security.

3. How can I retrieve shred data?
Kemo Data Security Suite uses enhanced
shred algorithms making it impossible for even advanced recovery utilities to retrieve
the data.

4. What happens if I lose the password
of encrypted file ?
If you lose the password of encrypted
data, you will be unable to decrypt encrypted data. So keep your passwords in a
secure place.
